Glenn Associates, principally, has been involved in surveying large private and commercial tracts of land, route surveys for power lines and gas pipe lines, industrial sites, tower elevations, estate divisions, subdivision lots and private lots. On industrial sites, the work has included staking and surveying of soil test sites, construction layout, ALTA boundary surveys, control monumentation, and other varied surveying services as requested. Work area covers the entire state of South Carolina.

Glenn Associates does extensive work with aerial photography in various applications for surveying, forestry and other mapping projects. We are currently employing the use of a high definition 3D Scanner for detailed surveys of complex structures and/or earth work. In most projects we have surveyed, we have been responsible for setting up aerial photo control and contracting for project aerial photography.



Currently, we utilize digital ortho photography for a variety of survey projects, as well as transmission projects.  Our CAD operators are experienced in Land Development Desktop in AutoCAD, Arc View, Civil 3D and Photoshop.



As a group, our CAD draftsmen have placed first in the statewide boundary plat contest for a number of years. Our draftsmen have also received second and third place awards in the National Plat Contest awarded by the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping at the National Convention.
