Since 1972 Our firm has surveyed electric transmission and pipeline corridors in all areas of South Carolina for both public and private utilities. We also serve individual clients for their boundary, construction, and title survey needs, as well as serving local courts in property partitions and as expert witnesses. Our wide variety of map resources includes quads, aerial photos, GIS data maps, etc., in planning route corridors.

Professional Services

Glenn Associates provides integrated services from the primary route selection phase through preliminary centerline survey to construction layout and final as-built monumentation and mapping. In many projects we have set up aerial photo control and contracted for project aerial photography. Currently we utilize digital ortho photos for a variety of survey projects as well as transmission projects. Our CAD operators are experienced in Land Development Desktop in Autocad, Arc View, and Photoshop. As a group, our CAD draftsmen have placed first in the statewide boundary plat contest for a number of years. They have placed second and third in the National Plat Contest awarded by the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping at the National Convention.
